To get the trucks, I found it the easiest to fast travel to "Boshaw Manor" and then run over to the crossroad area between it and "Moonflower Trailer Park." It takes about 2 or 3 minutes for one to show up. Once it is blown up, just fast travel back to the same spot and redo it.

Drug Trucks Found this posted today while I was going insane trying to find the last four trucks. It worked for me.

The best way I found to find the boats it just start at the southern-most end of the river, and ride a jet ski north along the river until you come across them all. I had already gotten two when I started this method, so I'm only assuming it will work for all five.

Travelling in a boat seems to make them spawn way more frequently than helicopter.

What helped for me was:

• Fast travel everytime I destroyed a truck because they respawn then.

• Don't follow the highway roads, just the dirt roads as that is where all the bliss farms are and that's where the trucks will be patrolling mostly.

• You can find boats on rivers but it's best to look out in the open waters for them. Boats were easy for me.

I was not able to spawn the drug boats, I tried everything mentioned in this thread.

To progress, you can just achieve enough resistance points (full) and the story mission will continue.

Try checking the northern area of Faith's region, near the lake. I suggest you liberate Adelaide Drubman as GfH, buy a boat or jet-ski and scout the lake margin all the way to the south. Her chopper does insane damage.

I found the majority of my boats in the river behind the prison, think I found 4 of 5 in that area, I just flew low along the river in a heli to find them. I'm really struggling to find the trucks though, only found 2 so far and I've been flying along the roads for hours.

Pro tip: fast travel, (for example to f.a.n.g. then back to hope county prison) they always respawn instanly there

I simply can't find them. Is there any way to skip this mission? I've been searching for days now, they're just not spawinjng..

Skip? You don't have to finish this mission (or many others) to complete the game. I've finished the game now and am going back to find the drug boats (I ran into the drug trucks all the time while doing other missions).

Hopefully it won't be much harder than when I originally got the mission now that I have brought freedom, hope and stability to Hope County.

Thanks for posting this, I honeslty thought (because I died whilst trying to take them down) my game was glitched because i tracked them, but it didnt come.

I actually did liberate the region without the quest aswell, but just now found 3 boats while randomly running around, so no, you can still finish the quest. :)
